# Notes section not displaying info

Hi There,

We added a new team member into our hubspot account (free version) as we use it as a CRM for logging client details, using the notes column under companies specifically, and upon accepting their invite and loading into each company, the notes section appears blank for them. We have attempted restoring caches, and trying through incognito & VPN and no luck.

This is frustrating as all of our client information that we use on a daily basis is stored under our notes column and this newest team member can not access it. Can anyone help?

Hi @AGasiorowski,

I have come across the same issue. Try checking the user’s permissions.

so as Ryan suggested this could be a permissions issue with the new users.
