# Notes Management Screen: Organize and Filter Your Notes Efficiently

I would like to suggest the implementation of a new feature in HubSpot that allows users to manage their notes more efficiently. This functionality would be a dedicated screen exclusively for reviewing and managing notes, similar to the existing “Tasks” screen in HubSpot.

#### Main Features:

1. **Filter by creation date** : Allow users to filter notes by the date they were created.
2. **Filter by note creator** : Ability to filter notes according to who left them.
3. **Filter by associated deal, contact, or company** : Options to filter notes related to a specific deal, contact, or company.
4. **Summary view** : Display a summary of each note in the list with the option to expand for full details.
5. **Notifications and alerts** : Setting alerts or reminders for specific notes that require follow-up.

#### Benefits:

- Improved organization and tracking of notes, facilitating collaborative work.
- Time savings when searching for and managing specific notes.
