# Notes Deleting

How can I delete all my existing notes for all contacts and companies?

Hey @SSingh822

As of now, I cannot see any direct way to delete all the notes for contacts and companies.

I found this suggestion in the Ideas forum — [Bulk Delete Notes.](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Bulk-delete-Notes/idi-p/295926) I hope this will help

Hi @SSingh822,

1. Navigate to Menu → CRM → Contacts
2. In the top left corner, use the dropdown to switch to Notes

1. Follow these steps to delete all notes: [Delete CRM records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/delete-crm-records#perform-a-restorable-delete-from-the-object-index-page) (check box in the top left corner, then use deletion option in the menu)
