In few of my contacts. Leads are getting logged but it’s not getting tracked. How can we come over those issues ? ---

Hi @RMahanta and @ASharma732, I have gone ahead and removed the bounce on our end. In order to prevent this from happening again, I would recommend adding our email addresses listed [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails#:~:text=You%20can%20download%20a%20full%20list%20of%20sending%20domains%20and%20IP%20addresses%20to%20add%20to%20your%20allowlist%20here.) to your allowlist. @DianaGomez Hello! I am experiencing a similar issue: i am unable to receive any code to complete my login. I’ve already tried checking spam, quarantine, and all folders as well as requesting allowlisting from our company IT. They said the issue is not on thier end. I made this account to send this message, but Customer Support ticket # is 47957953070 and that has my actual account details that I need access to. Hoping you can have a look at this for me.
