Not Receiving Notifications for Form Submission

Hi all, just got off chat support and he directed me here.

Up until May 15, I had been successfully receiving email notifications when this form is filled. Then, radio silence. I just looked within my Hubspot account, and several people have filled out the form since then, and I never knew it.

I’ve checked to make sure that notifcations are turned on. I’ve made sure the emails don’t go to my spam. I’ve done a search in my email for 'noreply@hubspot.com’. The only results are email notifications for my Live Chat, so those are working, at least.

Help?!

HubSpot recently updated form submissions notifications. They can only be sent to email addresses belonging to HubSpot users, see here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Releases-and-Updates/Sunset-Adding-non-user-emails-to-form-submissions-email/ba-p/629372

Could you check whether that might be causing the issue?

Hi @karstenkoehler! The email address that these notifications should be going to is the same email address that I created my Hubspot account with.
