# Not receiving internal email notifications

Hi there,

I have an issue with a workflow that is not sending me an internal email notification. It worked on Wednesday but today it is not working. Does anyone have an idea why?

Hi @JPieters,

Have you checked the workflow action history whether there were any errors? (When you’re in the workflow editor, click _Details_ in the top left corner. Then find the _Actions_ tab and filter for errors.) If there was, could you share the error message?

Hi Karsten,

Thank you for your response, I was able to figure out the error in the workflow and now I can receive the internal email notifications. 😄
