Not receiving form fill notifications in GSuite

Hi,

I am facing two issues currently: -

1. I am not receiving notifications (on GSuite that is connected to Hubspot) when someone fills a form on my website.

2. Since I am not receiving the notifications in Gmail, I set my yahoo account to receive them but Apple Mail filters them as junk. I added success@hubspot.com & noreply@hubspot.com in contacts for both Apple icloud & Gmail.

Also, I am confused because it says that I am not currently subscribed to any forms or landing pages even though I am.

By the way, I am on the free plan.

Hi @vivekramki,

Are you referring to collected form email notifications or lead flow notifications? (Or a form created in HubSpot if you have a marketing basic, pro, or enterprise subscription).

Have you tested the form submissions by filling it out yourself through an incognito window to see if you recieve an email? Where are you seeing the form submissions that you are expecting to get emails for?

Additionally, if you can link to the page with the form that will help other users gain context around the issue.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I am referring to the collected form notifications. (I am using the free version)

I tested the form in incognito mode myself and have asked several others to fill the form from multiple devices. I am not receiving the notification in my primary email (GSuite registered with Hubspot)

I am receiving notifications in my secondary email address but it ends up in the spam folder even though I have added hubspot address to my contact.

When someone fills the form, they are added to Contacts in Hubspot but since I don’t get a notification I don’t know it immediately.

I added the email addresses to receive notifications at Collected form settings --> Email Notifications.

Also as I shared earlier, my notifications tab in profile & preferences says that I am not subscribed to form or landing page notifications. I will upload it again for your reference.

Hi @vivekramki,

I can see that the gmail address in your portal is receiving the emails, so my recommendation would be to go through the steps in this article in addition to adding the email addresses to your address book.

In regards to the settings in notifications, the form settings are not going to correlate to your collected form email notifications, which are controlled on the form level from the collected forms home page.
