# Not Receiving Email Notifications

I’m not receiving my email notifications from multiple forms on our webiste. I’ve checked to see if I have email notifications on, which I do, and I have turned the email notifications off and back on again and that still didn’t work. I also checked if Outlook is blocking emails from Hubspot but it’s not even recording the email coming in in the first place. We’ve used Hubspot forms for a while now but have never ran into emails completely stopping and not even reaching our email. What is wrong with Hubspot right now?

Hi @LPetty it sounds like you have the proper notifications, have you verified the form setup as well?

The recipient for form notifications is setup on the Options tab of the form itself:

Yes I have done this too! Still nothing. Is something wrong with Hubspot right now because I’ve done everything to get email notifications. I was receiving them just fine, the last one I got was this past Wednesday.

I actually just checked again and we were missing email notifications yesterday too! This is hurting our business, what is going on?

@LPetty if you have verified form submissions and aren’t getting the email notifications, I would reach out to HubSpot Support directly from your portal so they can investigate the issue.
