# Not Receiving Email Notifications

Hello All,

This is the 4th website I setup a Hubspot chat box for but the first time I am encountering this issue…  
Our wordpress, hubspot, and hosting accounts all use the same admin email address but hubspot is not emailing us a notification when a new user uses the automated chat box.  
I can see them in the Hubspot Inbox page, but it seems like Hubspot is not sending us a notification via email.

Hey @Camarillos, happy Monday!

Could you please check your notification settings in HubSpot to ensure emails are enabled, and the correct address is listed? Also, verify that emails aren’t going to your spam folder.

This is how you can setup notifications from HubSpot

there are different types and from different tools.

It sounds like HubSpot isn’t triggering email notifications for new chat messages. First, check your HubSpot notification settings under _Settings \> Notifications_ to ensure email alerts are enabled. Also, verify that your email isn’t filtering HubSpot messages into spam. If everything looks correct, try disconnecting and reconnecting the HubSpot plugin in WordPress. If the issue persists, HubSpot’s support team can help troubleshoot further.

I have a user that’s not receiving any HubSpot log in codes or notifications from the HS system. Any ideas how I can solve her problem? She’s not able to log in.
