# Not loading certificate

Hello! I just completed Digital Marketing exam for certification. I succesfully passed, but the image of the certificate will not load. Could you please send me a copy to my email? My email is [jakubinokuvik@gmail.com](mailto:jakubinokuvik@gmail.com)

Thanks for flagging this. We’ve seen several reports of Academy certifications not loading, and we’re looking into it with the team now. We’ll update this thread as soon as we hear back!
