I would like to cc another user and my super admin and I are working together to fix the problem. We have gone over setting and can’t quite figure out what setting is not letting me cc other members on the team and vice versa. My super admin can cc us all day.
edit: This is in relation to sending an email direct with the contact.

Could you check on the contact record of the recipients whether emails to them have previously bounced? This is usually the reason (see also this thread). You would see a notice in the top left of the contact record, above the profile image. Alternatively, the property “Email hard bounce reason” would have a value in it.
If that’s the case, the contact would have to be unbounced before you can copy them. If you’re using the free CRM, it’s unfortunately not possible to unbounce a contact. On a paid subscription (Starter), you can reach out to HubSpot support. On a Professional subscription, you can unbounce a contact yourself.
