Not getting option of Practical Test also course is showing completed and in progress at a same time

Hi Everyone,

I am getting trouble to get my CMS developer certificate , I completed my course Thrice But still its showing in progress at a same time it’s showing in Completed section,

Also i am not getting any option to submit any practical or how to download my certificate ( If course is completed).
All Images are attached..
