Not getting forms in Hubspot but getting them in Webmail

Hi Everyone!
I hope you all are doing well! We are experiencing problems now on our hubspot account. We have a website and the forms on our website are being sent to our webmail and hubspot when being filled out by a someone. Recently, we are receiving the emails in Webmail but not in hubspot. Can anyone share their experience and what did you do to resolve it? Thank you very much.

Hi @sheenac,

There are various ways to work with forms in HubSpot (different ways of setting them up, connecting them, configuring notifications). Could you specify which part of HubSpot exactly you’re referring to? Potentially share a screenshot?

Hi thank you for responding! We do not have forms in hubspot, we use wordpress and when someone fills out a form on our website, we set up a trigger and will be sent to our webmail, since our webmail is connected to hubspot, we are getting them there, it works absolutely okay, until last saturday, we are not getting some of the emails in hubspot, but they’re in webmail.

How exactly have you connected webmail to HubSpot? As a conversations inbox? Set up the conversations inbox

Have you checked in the inbox settings whether it’s still connected correctly? Connect channels to the conversations inbox

Could you provide a bit more detail, such as:

  • Are the forms in question HubSpot forms or not?
  • If not, what form tool are you using?
  • What CMS is your website running on?
  • Can you show (anonymised of course) what those form submission looked like in the past when they arrived in your HubSpot account?
