Hello, am I supposed to get email notifications when users message us through the live chat box on the website? because I am not getting any even though the notification settings are all on and I tried to filter the email in my inbox and there was nothing. all i am getting is a browser notification. ---

Have you modified your account or user notification profile and disabled email notifications by any chance? If not, make sure you are assigned to the live chat as a user, or the inbox it connects to (if any - there is a set of inbox settings where you can select users and teams with access to that respective inbox). ---

Nothing has worked. I get other emails on Outlook like verification emails for example but not the emails for the live chats… I am also assigned to the inbox. ---

@AGULF if you checked all of the linked settings, have disabled and re-enabled notifications and went through all of the linked troubleshootings steps, then this is as much as I can do. This is a user-to-user community. For technical support by HubSpot, I’d recommend reaching out to support in-app directly via email.
