Not able to sync audiences with ads platforms

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having issue with syncing audiences to Meta and LinkedIn. I get the error: “Sorry. One or more audiences could not be created. Please try again.”

The contacts I’m syncing are marketing contacts so I’m very confused here.

A few possible reasons this could happen:

  • Did the Meta/ LinkedIn connection expire (it’s not the same as LinkedIn Sales Navigator connection) and they need to be reconnected?
  • Meta has a limit of 500 audiences, is it possible that was reached?
  • Meta audiences need at least 20 and LinkedIn needs at least 300 to be created- do you have enough?
  • Is the pixel tracking properly installed?

If none of those apply, let me know and happy to suggest add’l things to investigate.

Hi! I can confirm that none of those reasons are applicable to me. The audiences which were already syncing before are working fine, I just can’t connect new ones. We also haven’t reached the limit for audience syncs.

Did you try deleting this one and starting from scratch? Wondering if there is a glitch.

Otherwise, is there anything different about this list from the other audiences? That might help me troubleshoot with you.

Is there anything unique about this list from the others that might be causing it not to sync?
