Hi @UBAIDFLEXTRON,
First, I would recommend unchecking the “Don’t send to unengaged contacts” checkbox. This might explain why individual contacts aren’t includeded.
Next, your list (“250 fleet…”) is shown as containing 0 contacts. Have you imported this list just a few moments ago? If so, you need to wait for it to finish processing. Currently, HubSpot considers it empty, see the (0) at the end.
If you’re sure that this list does contain contacts and you see those contacts when clicking onto “250 fleet…”, please refresh your tab and check again.
Best regards
Hello @karstenkoehler ,
1. I have unchecked the “Don’t send to unengaged contacts” chatbox, Still showing the same result.
2. List contains 150+ emails which was uploaded last weak and another list which contains more then 350+ emails was uploaded a month before. But still can’t be able to select those emails from that list
@UBAIDFLEXTRON your list shows as containing 0 contacts:
Could you confirm that despite this 0, the list actually contains contact records? If so, that would be unusual. You can check if you’re referencing the right list by clicking the list name, waiting for the dropdown to open, then clicking the small link icon in the dropdown to open the list. Maybe, you’re referencing a list that is named similarly but is a different list.
Do you have the GDPR settings enabled? If yes, you might have restricted email sends to contacts who have a legal basis for communication only. In that case, you would have to update your contact subscriptions.
@UBAIDFLEXTRON have you checked whether the GDPR setting that I linked is enabled?
Yes, i have enabled GDPR setting but same result.
@UBAIDFLEXTRON I didn’t mean that you should enable them, I was asking if they were. If GDPR settings are enabled, that might result in contacts being excluded if they don’t have the opt-in for the subscription type you selected.
Are contacts opted into the subscription type you chose for your email? Manage your contacts' messaging subscriptions
