Not able to search particular companies through API

Hello,

My name is Ajay. One of our customers is having a problem with XTEN-AV and HubSpot integration. He cannot find accounts and contacts on the HubSpot platform through the API “/crm/v3/objects/companies/search”. Here are the details of the user and the companies he is looking for.

Our platform is integrated with your platform where we pull or push companies, contacts, and deals from Hubspot to XTEN-AV and vise-versa. Here are the details of the Hubspot app.

Could you please investigate the issue he faced while searching the Account and contact?

Hi, @AjayTaak :waving_hand: Thanks for reaching out. The community is not the best location to troubleshoot issues with a 3rd party integration. Your customer can file a support ticket if there is a HubSpot-related issue, an endpoint you’re using is behaving incorrectly. For issues related to the functionality of your integration, you’ll need to work with the customer directly.

If you’d like to share more about your integration, you can create a new post and include details such as the endpoint, an example request and response along with the full error body. This will give the community a better understanding of the issue itself.
