Hi there, I have the same issue as someone else. I stopped my sales starter plan and now I want to delete some of my templates which were in the sequences. I’m not able to delete them as the error I’m getting is that I need to delete the templates from the Sequence first, which I no longer have access. Can I get some help here? Thanks! ---

Hello @ACarlisle, just wanted to confirm if you would like _all sequences_ to be deleted from your account? Or if your only want to delete sequences that are using the templates you wish to delete? Thank you Pam ---

hey @PamCotton - I would like ALL sequences to be deleted. I would also like ALL templates to be deleted, but I am getting an error when I attempt to do that. It says: “There was a problem deleting these templates. Remove these templates from the following sequences to delete them: [7/5-3:2](https://app.hubspot.com/sequences/1638166/sequence/60042) .” And the link takes me to a page where I can choose to Upgrade to Sales Hub Professional, which I do not want to do. Once the sequences have been deleted, will that allow me to delete the templates? ---

Hello!!! I had a paid sales user and now i’m on the free user one. I cannot delete templates that are related to a previous user (me, as well, but with another email address). Can you please help me delete ALL templates? Stay cool, Rodrigo ---
