Not able to add contact from Email

Hi, i was able to add contacts directly from Gmail to Hubspot by clicking on the extension and hovering over the mail id, I used to get a dropdown to fill in the name, source of contact, company name etc. but now when i click on the extension i get a different dropdown with two options i,e. Contacts and Tasks. in contacts, i have 3 options ( created by others, favorite and standard). So i just wanted to know why i am seeing this instead of creating a contact option.

what went wrong and how do i fix this issue and get a creating contact option

Hello @KNS6, just to confirm are you currently using this extension here? If so this knowledge base shows some troubleshoot steps.
