I’m using a non hubspot form that is not working properly. When I press submit, it saves data on my database but it doesn’t save the records to my Hubspot account. But if I move back to the previous page (form landing page) it saves normally on the Hubspot account. Any clue on what it might be?

Hello @PCavendish , I would like to share[this knowledge base here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms) step by step in how to connect your non-HubSpot forms.

Do you have any errors on your forms page? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Thank you,

Pam

Hey @PCavendish are you redirecting to a page on another domain when submitting the form? Sounds like your page is redirecting to the success page before non-HubSpot forms can submit. Non-HubSpot forms saves the submission to the cookie prior to submission. When the page reloads it “cuts off” the form submission script from submitting, so the submission stays stored in the cookie. When the cookie is reloaded (IE the visitor visits the same domain again and their cookie loads) it triggers the form submission.
