Hi all,
Bit confused as to why our non-hubspot forms are not showing any leads, even though the css of the form is being picked up. We’ve definitely had submissions, plus me testing.
Hi @JackM,
For form submissions to be collected in HubSpot, your form must meet certain criteria, e.g. have an email input field. You can find a list of those criteria here: Supported forms
Could you confirm that you’re meeting all criteria?
Best regards!
Yes we do have an email field https://vyne.com.au/register, and I’m sure it meets the other criteria. Please have a check and let me know if you spot anything?
Hi @JackM, under that URL I’m currently getting a 404?
Apologies, the comma got in the way

Hi @JackM,
For closure in this thread, I’ll repost by reply from our other conversation:
From a first glance, it seems like there are two reasons why HubSpot is not picking these up. Your first form contains a sensitive field (password) and the forms are not using a standard <input type=“submit”> button for its form submission. Both are requirements for HubSpot to capture submissions.
You can find a list of criteria here: Do non-HubSpot forms work with my form builder?
Cheers!
