Non-Hubspot form - Not showing data collected from comment & company name labels.

Hi!

I’m pretty new to Hubspot and I have been trying to integrate Hubspot with my company’s WordPress site.

I downloaded the API plugin and my focus at first was to connect our non-HubSpot form, so that the data collected from it gets added to our contact database.

So far, I can only see that it collects email and phone number, leaving out two fields (Company name & Message box) that are essential to our business.

When Hubspot informs that someone has completed the form (through mail) the information shows which indicates that all the data is stored.

When i check the submission section (hubspot plugin) in wordpress, it tells me: "this value has not been forwarded to the contact register. Företagsnamn (company name) and Meddelande (Message) is not a contact property.

Any ideas of what im doing wrong?

Hey @FIkejiora,

You should really use a HubSpot form if able, or download a plugin to submit the data to a HubSpot form (if you’re using Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms they both have a free plugin).

To solve the the properties not passing in, I think you have to have the exactly same name of the property created in HubSpot, so you might need to recreate properties for “Företagsnamn” and “Meddelande”.
