non-advertising forms on Facebook to Hubspot

Hi,

Hubspot is connected with my leads ads on Facebook. I can get leads from the ad, no problem. But there is a sign up button on my instagram profile. It has a different form. So it’s not an ad. I can’t get the records coming to that form. How can I do this? How can I transfer responses from non-advertising forms on Facebook to Hubspot?

After connecting your Facebook Ads account to HubSpot, all active lead ad forms associated with Facebook business pages enabled for syncing will be automatically created in your HubSpot account. You can remove Facebook lead ad forms from HubSpot by archiving the form on your Facebook business page.

Please note: lead ad forms that were synced to HubSpot do not appear in the forms tool. (More information here).

Is this form you are referring to? If not, the more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

I guess I didn’t make myself clear. The ads are working. Ad leads are transferred to Hubspot. Okey. Here’s what I’m saying;

Enter my Instagram profile. It may only be visible on mobile.

There is a sign up button. There’s a form here. It’s not an ad.

The form answers here do not go to Hubspot.

This article here: Synchronize the leads from your lead ads with HubSpot, mentions that you first need your Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google advertising account to HubSpot

But this is not available for Instagram at present, only Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
