We develop an App to ingest the HubSpot Knowledge Base using GraphQL. But we are not able to list the knowledgs bases for a customer. The customer has Service Hub Professional.
We asked the customer to go to https://app.hubspot.com/graphiql/their_portal_id, But they can only see BLOG and CRM, does not see KB there. e.g. KB is missing in the image like below. Any idea?
