# No 'Roles' Tab

Hi,

I am trying to create roles however this is no tab available on the users & teams page (see image)

Hi @Arnika,

Roles (or how they are newly named, “permissions sets”) are unfortunately an Enterprise feature. If you are on a free CRM license, Starter, or Professional, you would have to upgrade to access this feature: [Create and assign permission sets](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/create-permission-sets)
