Cannot complete exercise due to Free subscription limit

Hello, HubSpot Academy team:

I am working on the HubSpot Sales Software certification and cannot complete the “Schedule a meeting on behalf of another person” exercise because my portal only has Free tools. When I try to do so, HubSpot indicates that the feature is available only to paid users.

Could you let me know if there is an alternative way to complete this exercise, or if you can mark it as skipped/validated due to subscription limitations?

The “Schedule a meeting on behalf of another person” feature does require a paid subscription, so hitting that wall in a Free portal is expected.

You could try contacting HubSpot Academy support about this rather than upgrading just for the exercise. If the exercise specifically requires a feature that isn’t available in the Free tools, it seems reasonable to ask whether they have a workaround or can provide an alternative way to complete that step.

It may also be worth checking whether the exercise can be completed in a HubSpot-provided training portal, since some Academy exercises use features that aren’t available in every subscription level.
