Hello community. I am new to Hubspot, so still learning. We keep having an issue with our forms losing authentication with Hubspot. We don’t notice it until I go in and check and see that we have no leads coming in. Anyway… We usually have a steady flow of leads coming in. Is there a way to set up a notification email for if/when no leads have come in after a certain time period, like 30 minutes or an hour? I’ve looked through notifications and did not see anything like this, nor could I figure out how to do a workflow for something like this. This would be a great feature to make sure you are notified if something isn’t working right. Thank you in advance.
Hi @MNeitzel. I don’t know of a notification setting you could put in place if nothing is happening. However I’d consider making a workflow where you can set an internal notification when no form submissions have happened lately. Example below:
It looks like minimum time is 1 day, so this may not be instant and constant, but it’s a place to start.
My bigger question is this: Can you replace non-HubSpot forms with HubSpot forms so you’re not relying on an integartion or code to bring your information into your CRM? I encourage clients to swap out for HubSpot forms for a lot of reasons— dependent fields, progressive forms, more integrated analytics— and find it’s more often than not a better solution. I also recognize it’s not always possible, but that’s where my head goes.
Cheers!
P.S. I’d also add this to the Ideas forum here if you’d like to see it considered. ![]()
Thank you for your insight! Yes, since I’ve taken this over, I want to start using Hubspot forms instead. I agree that I think this will solve the issue for sure.
