I don’t have any extensions on my taskbar, the HubSpot Outlook extension is definitely installed, I checked personally, but I can’t find it on the ribbon bar. Any advise?

The Outlook add-in is not actively developed anymore: Set up the Outlook desktop add-in | Knowledge Base
The add-in is still available for the old Outlook. Which Version are you using?

My version is 2501 (Build 18429.20158), which is not new Outlook
