There doesn’t seem to be an option to select “emails” on the marketing tab, can anyone help?

Were you invited to HubSpot by another user? If so, please ask him whether they can grant you email permissions: Manage user permissions
If you’re the only user / super admin in your portal, can you confirm that there isn’t an info bar or notice about some of your features being suspended?
