# NO ACCESS TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I have a problem because the access to technical support has dissapeared from my account

Hi @ss987,

That’s strange - are you seeing the purple help widget in the lower right corner of the app?

If that’s not displayed, the question mark icon should appear in the menu:

But I can see that’s not there in your case. Could you share a full screenshot of the HubSpot window (pixelating confidential information, if needed)?

Also, could you try removing cache/cookies or a private window in your browser or another browser?
