No access to email template task in Sales Software Certification

Hello,

I am doing the HubSpot Sales Software Certification and in the second step in the second practical task where you need to create an email template I cannot access the actual site of this task. It only pops up for a second:

and then I am immediately directed to another page:

My super admin already granted me the access to the Sales/Conversations Tool but it also isn´t displayed in my account settings.

I´ve already tried to log out and log in again and tried it in Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

Hi Alec,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I just made an adjustment to how that practical exercise works. If you try it again, does it work better for you?
