I am really enjoying using Leads in the new Sales Workspace.
One thing I came across is that the next action from a Sequence a contact is enrolled in does not show in the ‘NEXT ACTIVITY’ field.
This is a real miss, and I recommend this functionality is added.
The core problem this causes me is that I like to have a filter for when ‘NEXT ACTIVITY’ is empty, which indicates Leads that need to get an assigned next step. Because Sequence actions are not shown here, it gives a false sense of something missing. I have added in the Field ‘Is in Sequence’ to visually assist with this, but I cannot filter on this in a way that is effective.
