# Next Activity Date Field not working

there seems to be a glitch when i book a meeting with my contact it is not showing up in the next activity date column.

Hi @KHull,

Could you confirm how this meeting was booked? (through the meeting widget, from the contact record, from the connected calendar) Does the meeting appear in the [activity timeline of the contact record](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-activities-on-a-contact-company-deal-ticket-record-timeline)? If not, then the issue would be that the meeting wasn’t synced correctly to the contact record in the first place.

This might be related to a partial outage of some CRM tools yesterday, see the HubSpot status here: [https://status.hubspot.com/](https://status.hubspot.com/) If that was the reason, it should be resolved now.

You might want to remove or pixelate the personal information shown in the screenshot. cc @sharonlicari

Hi @KHull,

For deals and tickets, this is now a feature: “In board view, users will see next and last activity per record by default.” To turn on/off the setting, click the _Activity information_ toggle (_Board Actions_ \> _Edit Cards_).
