While I have a deep love/hate relationship with HubSpot and do not shy away in calling out this company since it started, I am back to get certifications to make some people happy. First, HubSpot’s Questionnaire:

What’s your current role?

  • What industry do you currently work in?

I have worked in 21 industries since 2008.

  • Tell us about a project you’ve worked on that’s inspired you.

I have never had a project within marketing that has inspired me. I am self-inspired to convey a company’s story to the world so their brand grows.

  • How do you help your prospects and customers grow better?

My specialty is marketing strategy, and I focus on the company’s story. Why? Because for all of the technology out there that grows weekly, that is designed to “help” marketing, it could all matter less if you DO NOT have a compelling story to tell that hooks the audience.

In the first module, HubSpot is pushing the “customer interview,” which, in the 17 years of doing marketing, I have never done nor heard of. My question to you is: have you actually done something like this for your company? I always build a customer bio for each company but would never have a physical sit-down with someone and ask them questions. That was popular in the 90s in the malls, but now it seems just very, very odd. Thoughts?

Hi everyone.

My name is Bright.I’m a content writer,a Web3 community moderator and an aspiring digital marketer.

I’m here to learn about inbound marketing as a first step in the tech space and in the digital marketing space.

Hello there! I’m Bethany. I’m so grateful to have found this course. I look forward to learning more about inbound, and utilizing what i learn in my career.

Hi everyone! :waving_hand:

I’m Obed and happy to be joining this study group! I’m currently leading product and business initiatives in the digital payment space, and I’m here to sharpen my knowledge around inbound marketing and user journey strategies.

Really excited to learn alongside all of you, exchange real-world insights, and connect. Let’s learn together!

Hello everyone! My name is Rita. I currently work in customer support at a local health clinic and study marketing and psychology.

Every day I work to arrange the best care for clients. This job began as a way for me to get some experience in customer service (and in making rent), but eventually reignited both my passion for accessible healthcare and client care.

I help my customers grow by offering unique solutions to ongoing problems. Oftentimes, clients will be uninformed about their healthcare options, and I work to keep myself informed and pass on the knowledge to my clients. I maintain relationships with “regular” customers and find financially friendly options for those who need it.

Hi everyone. I’m a Brazilian advertising professional, but I’ve been living in Montreal, Canada, for three years. I’m brushing up on online marketing tools while simultaneously developing a marketing initiative at the company where I work. Good vibes to everyone.

Hello, my name is Mariana, I live in São Paulo, Brazil. I worked in administration and paused my career for volunteer work. I recently returned to my hometown, I’m studying Applied Business Management, and I’m transitioning to the B2B sector. I believe that growth (in any area of our lives) is the result of valuable exchanges, so I’m very excited to improve my sales and marketing skills.

Hi everyone! My name is Naresh and I’m a student at University of Bergamo in Italy, Currently I’m studying science of communication, and I’m working as a part timer in a supermarket, though it’s not my dream job. So after I applied many times for jobs in the marketing sector, I came to realize that I got rejected everytime because I’m still young with no experience. That’s why I choose HubSpot, I want to learn how to be a great digital marketer!

Hi there,

I’m Frank, engaged in IMC, PR and Branding solutions and I am here to gain deeper skills in Inbound marketing to grow my practice, so nice to be part of this group, thank you.

Hi everyone, My name’s Sara Jones and I’m currently working in the manufacturing industry as a catch-all employee (I do a bit of everything, it’s my job to know how to do everything and know how to pick up where other people leave off). I am taking this course to better understand how to do different sales strategies and how to be better at inbound marketing.

I’m currently working on a project with my current company to better track inventory and what’s in circulation. We did not go the traditional route and buy a pre-existing database, so it is my job to test, run, and oversee the usage of the new system being built from scratch. That’s a project I greatly value and find pride in since it helps prevent inventory shortages and backordering problems.

This project helped my company maintain a better grasp on what they were missing in terms of inventory so we could better meet customer’s deadlines and demands. The customers grew better by being able to meet their own quotas and deadlines since there were significantly less stock shortages caused by our company.

Hi everyone! :waving_hand:

I’m Carmine, I’m italian and I’m currently completing my Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing at the Università degli Studi di Salerno. I’m launching my career as a Marketing Automation Specialist, and I’m thrilled to join this community!

Here’s a bit about my background and what I’m working on:

  • My Mission: My goal is to bridge the gap between IT (leveraging JavaScript, AI, and autonomous agents) and the marketing/business side. I believe this hybrid, cross-functional approach is essential to support clients holistically across every single stage of their growth.

  • What I’m Building: To continuously learn and become a more complete professional, I’m taking on freelance projects. I also document my technical journey and automation workflows (mostly using n8n) on my YouTube portfolio. I create and edit all my content in English from home using DaVinci Resolve. I currently have my first workflow up, but I’m planning to share many more, especially now that I’ve seen firsthand how incredibly versatile HubSpot can be!

  • My question for the group: Being based in Italy, I’m very curious to learn about the global landscape from all of you. How is the intersection of Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing evolving in your specific regions? Are you seeing it as a rapidly expanding sector with strong future prospects?

Looking forward to your insights and to growing better together!

Hello everyone! :waving_hand:

I’m Perrin, based in Madagascar. I run Perrin Linasy, a brand strategy and digitalization consultancy for independent, French-speaking real estate and recruitment agencies in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Current role: Independent consultant, brand positioning + CRM/digital tools (mainly Zoho).

A project that inspired me: Building my own brand end-to-end, visual identity, positioning, and a full landing page, taught me how much clarity matters before any tool comes into play.

How I help clients grow: I simplify their CRM and messaging so their positioning speaks to outcomes, not just features.

Excited to learn from and connect with you all!
