Hey everyone my name is Quade. I currently own a residential real estate company where we acquire homes off market and then resell them off market with owner financing and hold notes on properties similar to a bank. My favorite tactic in sales is mirroring, and just being silent once ive said what I need to say. Usually sitting in the awkward silence is the best way to get what you want. Im hoping to sharpen my skills in sales and learn as much as I can from the community.
