I climbed out of technical support and have grown to have my own small agency and working in Operations at a large data brokerage. All because of HubSpot skills and free online learning!
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend going to the HubSpot academy and picking up the Ops hub certification and Marketing Hub certification. (also check out the sales hub cert since sales enablement and automation often go hand in hand. heck at that point go for the service hub cert next!)
