The new Shopify integration using Data Sync has some limitations.
One of them is: “You cannot create a list of contacts based on order/cart line items.”.

How do you do crossell of upselll email campaigns using this integrations? Say everyody that bought product X and needs to replace a part every 3 months => Send them an email to remind them.
You can create a contact list based on line items but those are line items as part of a deal or quote, which is something differentr from the new order “object” which is created with the new shopify integration.
