# New Quote Builder

I’m a Partner that’s had some big issues with the new Quote builder transition:

1. You cannot limit what line items details are presented
2. Cannot edit the Parties module defaults or remove the module
3. Creating a Quote presents all template editing options, too complex and overwelming for basic users
4. You can’t preview the quote with Personalization Tolken in place until publishing.
5. Clients still using the Legacy builder are inconsistency struggling with e-signature permissions

Thanks for sharing your experience — the transition definitely hasn’t been smooth for many of us. The lack of control over line-item visibility, the rigid Parties module, and the overwhelming editing interface are all real pain points, especially when trying to keep things simple for basic users. Not being able to preview personalization tokens until publishing only adds more friction, and the inconsistent e-signature behavior in the legacy builder makes it even harder to rely on.

It’s similar to what buyers face when trying to verify something straightforward like the **price for 10kg of MHRB** — too many steps and not enough clarity. Hopefully HubSpot streamlines these features soon so the quoting process becomes cleaner, faster, and more intuitive for everyone.
