I want to create new property under " Company " but its showed an error message when i want to select Field type. I already created 4 properties but not able to create more..

Which error message exactly are you seeing?
In free portals, you’re limited to 10 custom properties in total (across objects, as far as I know).
If you already created 10 custom properties, that might be the reason for the error messages. You would have to upgrade to a paid license to create more properties.
