Unfortunately you cannot, Microsoft did an update and HubSpot dropped the ball in being prepared. I have posted this to see if anyone has found a workaround. Concern Regarding HubSpot’s Unpreparedness for Microsoft Update Impacting Email Tracking

The alternative of using online Outlook adds complications, affecting email management and multitasking. I urge HubSpot to address this promptly and provide solutions for affected users to maintain trust and loyalty.
