Hi,
We are in the process of setting up a nurture email flow for approx 600 contacts that are in opportunity lifecycle stage. If we enroll these contacts and start sending emails to everyone at once, is there a risk in doing so if coming from a new email address as the sender?
Regards,
Elin
Hi @EMoritz7,
Changes always pose somewhat of a risk but it’s hard to put a number / likelihood to it here. In the grand scheme of things, 600 contacts is a fairly small segment of contacts.
Still, here are some things you want to do:
- The email address should be easily recognizable as belonging to the same brand or company as the one you previously used.
- If you’re starting to use a new email address, make sure that the first emails you’re sending aren’t aggressively promotional.
- Make it easy for contacts to interact (open, click, reply) as these are positive signals for email service providers.
Best regards!
Thanks for the quick response!
