We were a small but mighty group on the pre-INBOUND call, and I had additional 1:1s with some of the founders/small business owners already. If you don’t know what to expect, we shared ideas, challenges, and connections. We opened up and found out some pain points are common, and some show up every day. There is comfort in hearing you’re not the only one, or the pain happens more often than any of us would prefer.
