I have my main points of contact listed in the custom menu on the left-hand side of the Company’s profile page. When I click on a Contact’s email address from this side, why does it open in Apple Mail, vs HubSpot?
For context, when I click the Contact’s email from the right-hand side of the profile page, those automatically open in HubSpot.

Could you please point out in a screenshot where exactly in the tool you’re referring to and where exactly you’re clicking? You could be referring to a few different places.

This first photo is what I’d like to happen with all email addresses (green = yes!); this is from the right-hand side of the Company’s profile page. The second photo is from the left-hand side, ready to open the email in a new app and window.
