New contacts via BCC method owner is email originator

Add ability (workflow or admin option) to make the email sender the owner of a new contact added when created via the BCC email integration method.

Example:

Default owner of new contacts is Joe

Dave sends email to newcontact@somecompany.com and uses his BCC address

New contact is added and owner is Dave (rather than Joe).

Currently our organization is forced to reassign new contacts added by this method to the email sender and is an admin overhead that is tedious and should be unnecessary.

I have the same issue ! I’m trying to remove the ownership of my contacts that were created from a BCC address
