We are using Craft CMS and Freeform plugin. Everything was fine before we updated it, now we are moving from API v1 to v3 and an error occurs. When user submits form, he created/updated contact. Now it only updates existing contacts and for new ones we get an error.

Please, double-check the payload sent during form submission to ensure it includes all mandatory fields required by the v3 API.
If the payload is correct, verify your API integration settings and check for any validation errors in the API response.
