New Company/Contact Form

Good Afternoon,

I need to create a form for my sales reps, of pertinent info needed to enter a new company/contact, or I am going to be buried with post-it’s & business cards! lol

Does anyone already have a template they’d like to share?

Or, is there someplace I can find one (besides Google) possibly?

At this time I do not want it to upload data or communicate with any computer and/or program.

Ideally, you invite your sales reps into HubSpot and let them create records there directly: Customize the create form for each object

If that’s not an option, you can create a form by following these steps: Create forms (legacy)

I have 2 good solutions for you

1) Get them the mobile app: They 'll be able to scan business cards and sync automatically the contact and the company into the CRM. >More info here

2) Use the email extension: this way they can connect their business emails and log and track contacts into the CRM > More info here.

The 3rd option would be to create a form and put it in a landing page

so that they can put all the info the in the form

and it will create a record into the CRM. >Here is how you can create forms
