I sell on the woocommerce platform. Each transaction is seamlessly registered in HubSpot (i.e. HubSpot informs me about the selected payment method and selected consents), but the customer is marked as “lead” - I don’t like it.

This is either caused by the integration settings (Settings > Integrations > Connected apps > Woocommerce) or by HubSpot’s default lifecycle stage assignment (Settings > Objects > Contacts > Lifecycle stage).
Once you remove this toggle, contacts should not be marked as lead anymore:
