I believe there’s no out-of-the-box solution for this functionality. As @dianalcont explains in her answer here, this is a limitation of the HubSpot RSS feed feature and “instant email notifications are only an option for a HubSpot blog not an external blog”.

I, however, wanted to tag a couple of subject matter experts to see if they can think of a workaround:
