NetSuite Integration | mapping of standard fields

Hi,

We have been facing a scneraio, we want to map NetSuite’s standard fields on opportunity form like Class, Location, Lead Source etc. but in mapping configuration section we are unable to find these fields, please suggest.

Fields causing problems:

Company field: Location

Opportunity (NetSuite) fields: Class & Location

They cannot even be found by the integration in the mapping search.

This is the solution we used to resolve this on our own:

  1. Make custom fields with new picklists in NetSuite,
  2. Map the standard data fields to update data in the new custom fields.
  3. Find the custom fields in the integration and get the data.
  4. When the integration is redirected from HubSpot back to NetSuite,
    1. HubSpot updates the new custom fields in NetSuite and
    2. a WorkFlow in NetSuite updates the standard field to match the custom field property.

This is a crazy work around for what are considered Standard fields and just the way NetSuite works.
