# Nested sub-categories (with descriptions) in the Knowledgebase

Hi everyone,

I’m Amber, the Product Manager to HubSpot’s knowledge base tools.

Thank you for taking the time to share this idea. I genuinely read and consider everything submitted here while building the roadmap.

After review, we don’t have plans to build this right now. This falls outside the area we’re focused on right now. We’re currently investing in helping you build and maintain strong content for AI tool ingestion to efficiently share information with your users, and we want to be thoughtful about staying focused there.

That said, we revisit our roadmap regularly, and customer ideas like this one do influence what we prioritize. If you’re interested in staying in the loop on what we are building, feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you!
